Safety routines caused deletes on calendars and mailboxes to fail for the last 2 hours due to an incorrect database update. Fixed now.

There's an issue with plus-addressed delivery not working properly. Messages are being delivered to inbox instead of the requested folder. We're working on a fix and will post an update when its done.

A router failed within our New York datacentre. A backup router handled the load fine while it was being repaired (several hours) but there appears to have been a problem around the time the main router brought back into service. FastMail was offline for about seven minutes. Everything is back online now and we're working with our datacentre operator to understand what caused the outage. Thank you for your patience.

There appears to be have been some kind of network fault to our New York datacentre. We're up right now and we're investigating the problem. We'll post more when we know it.

Some hard to diagnose internal network problems are currently causing all services to be intermittently broken. This include IMAP, web interface, etc. We're trying to diagnose so we can fix.
