FastMail is unavailable. Looks like a network problem at our primary datacentre provider. We're investigating and will let you know more info as soon as we have it.

The outage was caused by network routing issue that affected a number of major networks and providers, and was resolved by our upstream provider in conjunction with the major networks. No mail was lost as a result of this problem.

Good news! Mail access has been restored for users on some major networks. We apologize to those customers who still cannot reach their Inboxes - we're working to restore full access as fast as we can. No mail has been lost during this downtime.

Our network providers have identified the issue and are working on the problem. We'll be back as soon as we can.
