From 13:35 - 13:53 EDT (-0500 GMT) we experienced a partial outage, with some customers losing mailbox access for up to 20 minutes. No messages were lost, but you may have seen a delay sending or receiving mail. We're still investigating the root cause!

Advance notice: 12am-6am EDT Oct 5, 6 and 7 - our web interface may be slightly slow but no other impact expected. Our network provider is performing substantial upgrades to their network to improve reliability and mitigation against the recent outages.

We’re back! Network issues have been resolved and connectivity has been restored. No mail was lost. We’re working with our network provider to understand what the cause was. Thank you for your understanding!

We are aware of some network problems into our data centre. We are investigating the issue. No mail loss is expected.
