One of our mail/calendar/contacts storage servers has crashed. We're moving services over to a secondary. No mail has been lost and services should be restored in a few minutes.

Our DNS servers may have failed to return results for a short time, causing lookup failures. This is now fixed.

Services are restored, with no mail lost. The problem was caused by a network connection between two racks failing. There is a fallback, but it looks like it failed some time ago without being noticed. Both connections have been repaired, and we will be making improvements to our network health monitoring so we're alerted to this sort of problem in the future.
