Services restored. A network config change by our datacentre provider went wrong, and has been reverted. We're working with them to understand how it happened and what we can do to avoid similar problems in the future. Thanks for your patience!

There appears to be a network fault at our primary datacentre. Operations staff are working on it. We'll let you know when we've got more info.

Services restored. The problem was traced to a bug in a firewall update that went unnoticed. We'll be working to improve our testing to ensure this type of problem gets caught before it goes live. Sorry about that, and thanks for your patience!
