We have narrowed down the problem between our servers and some network providers. The issue is occurring outside our systems, however we are seeing what we can do to help resolve it. In the meantime, please try connecting to us via a different network, such as your phone network.

Some customers are reporting problems reaching our servers. We believe these errors are caused by network failures between us and certain ISPs. If you are seeing problems, please reach out to support@fastmail.com and, if possible, provide a traceroute.
